Important Speaker Information

• The Conference times are Sunday, November 4 (1PM to 6PM EST) and Monday, November 5(8AM to 5PM EST).
• All rooms will have a screen, a projector, and a cart with a power cord.  You will need to provide your own computer if needed.  If you have an audio visual need that you cannot provide, please let us know on your proposal form.
• Conference registration for the lead presenter is provided. The catered lunch is not included, but can be purchased for $25.  All other presenters need to pay full registration for the conference.
• Presenters are entitled to the hotel room conference rate ($126). When registering, please ask for the Indiana Council of Teachers of Mathematics Conference room rate.
• Vendors wishing to present must purchase a table.
