Important Speaker Information

• The Conference times are Sunday, October 4 (1PM to 6PM EST) and Monday, October 5 (8AM to 4PM EST).
• All rooms will have a screen and cart with a power cord.  You will need to provide your own computer and/or projector if needed.  If you have an audio visual need that you cannot provide, please let us know on your proposal form.
• Conference registration for the lead presenter is provided. 
  
• Catered lunch can be purchased.
  
• Presenters are entitled to the hotel room conference rate. When registering please ask for the Indiana Council of Teachers of Mathematics Conference room rate.
